VITEK’S BBQ SAUCE

This is the real deal, the original.  

When Vitek’s opened 4 generations ago, BBQ sauce was a far flung vision of the future, but as the meat market came into its own a sauce was developed to match the needs of the growing lunch crowds. As Waco has changed, this sauce hasn’t. Made from an old family recipe, this sauce uses a blend of tomato, molasses and vinegar with accents of turmeric and mustard to make the perfect companion for any meat.

Ingredients:
